Chautauqua County Unified School District 286 - Sedan Schools 

2023-2024 Enrollment

Returning USD 286 Students

All parents/guardians with returning students will be mailed a packet of papers that can be reviewed and signed in the comfort of their home. We recommend parents/guardians take an extra moment to review all of the demographic information on each student to ensure we have the most up-to-date records.  

On August 3, 2024 from 9 am to 6 pm, enrollment will take place for both Sedan Elementary and Sedan Jr/Sr High in the lobby of the high school building. Please bring the enrollment packet that was mailed to your home.

 

Fees:

All students in 6th-12th grade will have a $25 technology fee.

All students at USD 286 will be provided FREE meals under CEP funding.

School supplies will be provided at no cost to USD 286 students for this school year by the Blue Devil Foundation. Students will need to provide their own backpack and gym shoes.

Students New To USD 286 Schools

New student enrollment will take place for both elementary and high school students at the Sedan High School lobby. New students and parents are welcome to enroll in-person from 9 am to 6 pm on August 3, 2023.

 

 

ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO FILL OUT A FREE/REDUCED LUNCH FORM

 

All parents regardless of income status will be asked to do a meal application so our district can continue to receive CEP free meal funding. All parents are asked to complete this application regardless of income. Personal details are not reported as part of our requirements for this funding.
